“After an injury and finding that I’m unable to continue working in my previous occupation, I found I needed to learn some computer skills in order to improve my chances of getting alternate employment.
I was enrolled in a 1-on-1 course with Ivor from Fast Track and have found this to be a very good introduction to Excel, Word and Outlook. I would have no hesitation to recommend Ivor and FAST TRACK to anyone wishing to improve ther computer skills.”

Thank you very much for spending time with me on your Microsoft Word Software course I have recently attended.

I found the pace of delivery perfect and content very interesting and informative.  I look forward to my next visit for the Excel course.

The course was broken up into two, two hour sessions and delivered one on one. This made for a very positive experience.

With kind regards.

I have just completed a Microsoft office course (Excel, Word, Outlook) with Ivor of Fast Track computer solutions, this was done on a face to face basis both in classroom and at home due via Zoom.

I found it a lot easier being able to ask questions and have Ivor explain how to fix any mistakes I have made, which is something You Tube could not. Ivor gives you time to write notes and discuss any issues you have. Will happily continue my Microsoft Education with Ivor of Fast Track Computer Solutions.

Julie Jones (Medical Receptionist) on 24/07/2019, writes:

“My name is Julie Jones and for the past eight years have been working as a Medical Receptionist in a GP Practice where I did not have to use Word and Outlook was very limited.

I have started a new job as a Receptionist for a Psychologist and have to use Word and Outlook all day and every day.  Initially I was terrified of it all and thought that I had picked the wrong job!  However my boss, the Practice Owner saw my potential and offered to pay for two hour one on one sessions with Ivor.

I cannot recommend Ivor highly enough.  I have absorbed so much in the two hour sessions and Ivor explained everything in very simple terms which is what I needed!

I have also completed the Word course two and am going to book in for the course in Excel, all of which will be used in my new job.

I am now very confident and realise that I have picked the right job, it was my fear of using Word and Outlook that was holding me back.

I would recommend the one on one sessions as I have learned more in the two hour sessions than I would in a whole day course.

No question was too silly!”

“Having needed to upgrade all computer skills for work, and found theone-on-one teaching from Ivor, Excel, Word and Outlook was covered over 6 days.

Brilliant, just a couple hours a day to allow you to learn to soak in before moving forward. Highly Recommended”.

“I am currently here in Perth doing MS Office computer course with Fast Track Computer Solutions.

Working with Ivor on looking at Microsoft Word and Outlook. The session has been very rewarding as I have seen some good short cuts.
On looking through changing a career path, I found Ivor to be very good with the 1-on-1 personal training, from which I may be able to work toward a career of safety and training.
Thank you for your patience in trying to teach an old dog new tricks.”

“I have completed courses in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. I wanted to do this as I’m looking into a career change that involves more computer work.

It has been fantastic doing one-on-one training with Ivor, and I feel I have learnt a great deal, as the training is done in two hour intervals over different days. I don’t belive I would have gained as much knowledge if I were in a group environment.”

Have you ever been in a computer training class where you felt that there was not enough time to ask questions during the group training session, or that your question might be irrelevant to the rest of the trainees?

With our Word 1-on-1 or your organisation’s group there is no such thing as a silly question and we understand that not everyone learns the same way.

Our tailored session enable us to customise our training techniques and pace and concentrate on material that is relevant to you.

If you are awarded a fantastic new job do you get into panic mode because you realise your skills are not up to scratch?

Our training is typically 1-on-1 (or your organisation’s group), and is held over 2 hours unit on different days to suit your busy schedule, at our office or your office. This way, you do not lose a whole day, and you absorb the training much better than trying to do it all in one day. Some folks actually ask us to stop after 1.5 hours. They then come back when they are fresh. Call us now, or fill out the form below. Most times we will get back to you in 5 minutes!

I attended the one-on-one Beginners to Intermediate Word course in two lots of two hour classes. I found the one-on-one extremely efficient as I was able to take in everything I was being taught at my own pace and I could ask any questions when I felt the need to. The two lots of two hour classes on different days were perfect as it wasn’t overwhelming. Ivor was very helpful and clear with his teaching and I was able to play around with things that I had just been taught so that I could understand exactly how everything worked. I would highly recommend doing the one-on-one Microsoft Word training Perth classes and I am looking forward to learning more in the Intermediate to Advanced!

Kirsty Wallis

Administration Assistant, Megara Constructions

I have found that Ivor’s MS Word Training of two hour sessions over two days worked for me. I gave me an opportunity to go back to my computer to “have a play” with what I had learnt. His laid back approach made it very easy to learn. On previous courses, I have been unable to understand why you need to go all around the screen to complete simple tasks, when in fact there was no need.
