Training in Microsoft Access was given in 2 – 3 hourly blocks, which ensured good consolidation of learning. Over time our database has been developed by our staff using the training services of Fast Track.

He has provided ongoing support and has developed our basic database into what is now an extremely efficient system for managing our membership, newsletter mailing, and emailing to customized groups.
