During 2003-04, we developed a sophisticated Production and Scheduling Application for a Factory producing PVC

products for the mining industry. This replaced a semi manual inefficient method of using unrelated Word and Excel

templates.

The system tracks Machine and Manhour usage, and allows for "on-screen" scheduling of future jobs, identifying job-machine conflicts.

A resultant Bar Chart is then automatically generated in MS Project.

This software also interfaces with our clients accounting system via an OBDC driver. The system now replaces an awkward

semi-manual method of scheduling using various non related software programs.
